Casa Cornacchi is nestled in the Tuscan hills near Bucine, Italy. The easiest ways to arrive are by car or train.

By Car or Taxi

By Train

The closest train station is Montevarchi-Terranuova, approximately 30 minutes from Casa Cornacchi.

From Florence Airport (FLR)

1. Take a taxi from Florence Airport to Firenze Santa Maria Novella (Firenze SMN) train station.

2. From Firenze SMN, take a regional or high-speed train toward Arezzo or Rome.

3. Exit at Montevarchi-Terranuova station.

Approximate travel time: 1.5 hours

From Rome Airport (FCO)

1. Take the Leonardo Express from FCO to Roma Termini.

2. From Roma Termini, take a high-speed train toward Florence.

3. Exit at Montevarchi-Terranuova station.

Approximate travel time: 2.5 hours

Taxi Transfers to Casa Cornacchi

We recommend arranging a private car or taxi transfer from Rome or Florence.

If traveling by train, we recommend getting off at Montevarchi station and then getting a taxi to Casa Cornacchi.

When booking, please provide:

• Number of passengers

• Arrival date and time

• Train number (if available)

We recommend arranging transportation in advance, especially for guests arriving during peak travel periods.

While Casa Cornacchi can assist with transfers, guests are welcome to arrange their own transportation if they prefer (you might be able to find something cheaper!).

Check-in is at 3pm on Wednesday, September 16, and check-out is at 10am on Sunday, September 20. Check-in details and arrival instructions will be shared after your formal RSVP and payment are received.

Micah & Ryan will be providing all meals and drinks throughout your stay, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, wine, and everything in between. There will be room service and housekeeping available throughout your stay. Most importantly, there is air conditioning throughout the property (which is actually not so common in Tuscany villas)!

Each property is absolutely stunning, and all rooms follow a similar Italian chic style with beautiful views of the estate.

Micah & Ryan will assign rooms based on your group and RSVP details. Room assignments will be confirmed after RSVPs and payments are finalized.

Micah & Ryan are exploring shuttle options from Florence or Rome airports.

Because guests will be arriving from different cities and traveling around Italy before the wedding, this may be difficult to coordinate for everyone. Once RSVPs and travel plans are finalized, we will revisit shuttle options and share updates if available.

For guests staying at sister properties, daily shuttles will be provided to and from the main estate.

Please note that taxis and rideshares are not as readily available as they are in the United States. If you do not have a rental car, all transportation outside of Casa Cornacchi will need to be arranged in advance.

The villa team or Brooke can help coordinate transportation and excursions. Additional details will be shared after your RSVP and payment are confirmed.

Due to the nature of the villa buyout, there are no cancellations or refunds after you RSVP yes and submit payment.

If you can no longer attend after confirming, please speak with the bride and groom directly.

Check-out will be on Sunday, September 20, 2026. We kindly ask guests to vacate their rooms by the designated check-out time provided by the villa team (details will be shared closer to the weekend).

Returning by Train

• If you are traveling by train, you will depart from Montevarchi Station, approximately 30 minutes from Casa Cornacchi.

Please coordinate your taxi transfer in advance with:

• Brooke (our travel advisor)

• External taxi company

We recommend allowing extra time on departure day, especially if you are catching a flight from Florence or Rome.

To Florence (FLR):

• Train from Montevarchi to Firenze Santa Maria Novella

• Taxi from Firenze SMN to Florence Airport

• Approximate total travel time: 1.5–2 hours

To Rome (FCO):

• High-speed train from Montevarchi to Roma Termini

• Leonardo Express from Roma Termini to FCO Airport

• Approximate total travel time: 2.5–3 hours

Returning by Car

• If you rented a car, please confirm your return location and hours in advance.

• If you are using a private car service, schedule your departure time ahead of time.
