Hi family & friends! Please read this page in full, as it includes important details for your flights when traveling to Italy.
Travel & Stay: Flights
Travel Planning
We recommend working with Brooke Sheehy (brooke.sheehy@fora.travel), Micah & Ryan’s travel advisor, to help plan your trip to Italy, especially for anything before or after your stay at Casa Cornacchi.
Brooke can assist with:
Flight planning (departure & arrival)
ETIAS paperwork assistance, as needed
Transportation (private car service, trains, taxis)
Hotel accommodations before or after the wedding
Excursions throughout Italy based on your itinerary
Restaurant recommendations
VIP perks at select hotels
Please note there is a $125 planning fee if you choose to work with Brooke. She is excellent and highly recommended by Micah & Ryan.
Flights
If you are not traveling elsewhere in Italy before the wedding, we recommend flying into either Florence (FLR) or Rome (FCO).
To arrive in time for the Welcome Party on Wednesday, September 16, we suggest departing Tuesday night, September 15, from the U.S.
Casa Cornacchi is about 1.5 hours from Florence and about 2 hours from Rome. Most direct flights from the U.S. land in Rome, so please choose what works best for you.

For U.S. passport holders traveling to Italy in September 2026:
Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your return date
No visa is required for tourist stays under 90 days
ETIAS authorization may be required for U.S. travelers
ETIAS requirements are evolving, so we recommend confirming closer to travel. Brooke can assist with this if needed.
