FAQs

  • Important Dates (Please Read)

    RSVP Deadline: April 1, 2026
Accommodation Payment Due: May 1, 2026

Due to the logistics of a destination wedding in Italy, both deadlines are firm. Guests who do not RSVP by April 1, 2026 will be marked as a decline. Payment for your room at Casa Cornacchi is needed by May 1, 2026

  • Are all guests invited to every event?

Yes. All invited guests are welcome to attend all scheduled wedding events unless otherwise noted.

  • When should I arrive and depart?

We recommend arriving by Wednesday, September 16, 2026 (this usually means flying out of the US Tuesday). Check in at Casa Cornacchi begins at 3pm. Departure is Sunday, September 20, 2026, with check out at 10am.

  • Which airport should I fly into?

Please review the Flights page for additional details. We recommend flying into Florence (FLR) or Rome (FCO). Florence is closest to the venue, while Rome typically offers more direct flight options from the U.S. and is often more affordable.

  • When should I book flights?

We recommend booking flights at least 4 months in advance, as September is still considered peak travel season in Italy.

  • Will transportation be provided?

Based on responses to our travel questionnaire, we will follow up closer to the wedding regarding whether shuttles will be provided. In the meantime, we recommend traveling by train, taxi, or car service.

  • Do I need a passport?

Yes. A valid passport is required to travel to Italy. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates and have at least two blank pages. Please check expiration dates well in advance and renew early if needed.

  • Where are guests staying?

We are expecting all guests to stay onsite at Casa Cornacchi for the wedding weekend.

  • Can I stay elsewhere?

To support logistics, planning, and the overall guest experience, we strongly encourage all guests to stay at Casa Cornacchi rather than booking alternative accommodations.

  • Are there different check in or check out dates?

Because we are buying out the full Casa Cornacchi property (similar to how you rent an Airbnb), all rooms are reserved for the full stay. We strongly encourage guests to attend for the entire celebration, as we’ve planned this intentionally as a multi-day experience.

This means Micah & Ryan are financially responsible for any unused nights if guests arrive late or leave early. To keep pricing fair for all guests, we may not be able to offer shortened stays.

Thank you for understanding, and we truly hope you can join us for the full celebration.

  • When is payment due and what is the cancellation policy?

Payment for your room is due by May 1, 2026. Due to venue contracts and planning commitments, there are no refunds after payment is submitted. If a life situation arises, please reach out to Micah & Ryan directly.

  • Who should I include in my RSVP?

Please only include guests who are explicitly named on your invitation.

  • Can I bring a plus one?

Due to venue capacity and logistics, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those listed on your invitation. Thank you so much for understanding.

  • What is the dress code?

Each event has a specific dress code. Please visit the Dress Code page for full details and inspiration.

  • Will food and drinks be provided?

Yes. Food and beverages will be provided by Micah & Ryan throughout your stay and at all wedding events.

Please note any dietary needs in your RSVP or travel questionnaire.

  • Are children invited?

Children are invited if they are named on the invitation.

  • Is Casa Cornacchi child friendly?

Yes. Once we see how many children are attending, we will plan age appropriate activities for them. Please note that events may run late and some areas of the property are historic and include stairs.

  • Will there be WiFi?

Yes. WiFi will be available at Casa Cornacchi (connection is great!).

  • What is the best way to communicate while traveling?

iMessage or WhatsApp using WiFi is highly recommended for international messaging.

  • Who should I contact with questions?

Please reach out to Micah & Ryan directly after you have reviewed the full website. For urgent matters during the wedding weekend, additional contact details will be shared closer to the date.

  • Are you registered?

Given that this is a destination wedding, we are not asking for gifts.

  • What if I still want to give something?

Your presence truly is our present. For guests who are unable to attend, we have set up a honeymoon fund. And Micah still loves a card!
